The Balloon Valentine cow was made by DanDee for the Valentine's Day 2004 season. He wears a red bowtie. He holds a heart shaped miniature helium foil balloon that reads "Happy Valentine's day" on it. His head sways side to side while singing "Fly me to the moon".
