Liberty Bear was made by PBC from the late 2000s to the early 2010s; she wears a blue shirt with "New YORK New York" on it in gold (for the "New"s) and white (for the "YORK"s), has a crown on her head and holds a torch. When squeezed, she lights up while singing Frank Sinatra's ''New York, New York.''
