Dr. Snuffle was made by Kids of America Corp in 1999. He wears a white jacket, and he has a stethoscope on his shoulders, and a first aid kit bag that reads "MD" on it. When activated by pressing his left hand, he says a few different phrases, and by pressing his right hand, he shakes and performs a sequence.
