The Raincoat Ducky was made by Dan Dee. He wears a raincoat that has a carrot button on it, and a carrot shaped umbrella. He comes in 2 assorted colors: Baby blue, and pink. He shakes and sings an Easter spoof of the song "Splish Splash".
